Dr Una Sibirceva is the owner of a well established and prosperous pain management practice in New York.  She is board certified in multiple specialties, including Pain Management, Addiction Medicine, and Internal Medicine.

The journey to her remarkable success has been both challenging and extraordinary.  Arriving in the United States as an immigrant from Latvia, Una completed her undergraduate studies and moved on to complete medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine with honors.  Her residency training was completed at Beth Israel/Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she held the position of Chief Fellow for both of her fellowships in Pain Management and Palliative Care & Hospice.  Dr. Sibirceva has been published in numerous peer reviewed journals.

After completing her medical training, she went directly into opening her own private medical practice, building it from the ground up.  This afforded her the opportunity to apply her medical knowledge and skills, while learning the intricacies of office management, administration, insurance credentialing and billing.  To this day her office does all medical billing in house with an astounding 97% all payments being collected. She also established and developed a successful laboratory division within her practice that focuses on LCMS toxicology testing.  Dr. Sibirceva’s professional interests are diverse and include fluoroscopic interventions, toxicology testing, medical economics, and medical/legal best practices.

Being a strong proponent of a work/life balance Una also has a fulfilling life with family and friends outside of the office, as well as multiple hobbies such as boating, yoga and helping her husband run multiple fitness studios.
